ttk10 Terms and Conditions

The following terms used in these terms and conditions carry specific meanings and apply with the same meaning throughout all sections of this document:

• "Platform" — The ttk10.cam website and all its subpages, applications and related digital services.
• "User" / "You" — Any person who has registered on or is using the ttk10 platform.
• "ttk10" / "We" — The entity operating this platform.
• "Account" — The personal account created through registration on the platform.
• "Bonus" — Any welcome bonus, reload bonus or promotional offer provided by ttk10.
• "Wagering Requirement" — The condition requiring a specified amount of bets to be placed before bonus funds can be withdrawn.

2.1 Age Requirement

2.3 One Account Policy

Each individual may open only one account. Attempting to open multiple accounts using the same device, IP address or payment method is prohibited, and ttk10 reserves the right to close all such accounts.

3.1 Registration Requirements

To open an account, you must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. Providing false information in your name, date of birth, email or mobile number is a direct breach of these terms and may result in account closure.

3.2 Password and Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your login details completely confidential. If someone accesses your account without your authorization, you must notify our support team immediately. ttk10 is not responsible for any loss resulting from authorized or unauthorized access.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

We may at any time request that you submit a national identity card, passport or other documents. Withdrawal requests may not be processed until verification is complete. This policy is in place to protect the interests of users.

4.1 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. This limit applies equally to all payment methods — bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. The maximum deposit limit may vary depending on the payment method and account level.

4.2 Withdrawal Conditions

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawals are generally made using the same payment method used to deposit into the account. Standard withdrawal requests are processed within 5–30 minutes.

• Account verification must be completed before making a withdrawal.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — withdrawal is possible only after the wagering requirement is met.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily held if fraud or unusual activity is suspected.
• If a withdrawal request is being processed, please wait before submitting a new request.

4.3 Transaction Currency

All transactions on ttk10 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). If a transaction is attempted in a different currency, a conversion rate may apply.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members can receive a 200% bonus up to ৳15,000 on their first deposit. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 10 times (10x). This means you must place bets equal to 10 times the bonus amount before it can be withdrawn.

5.2 General Bonus Claim Rules

• A specific promotion applies only once per account.
• Once a decision to accept a bonus has been made, it cannot be cancelled.
• While a bonus is active, all bets must be placed using the bonus balance only.
• Winnings generated from a bonus cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
• We reserve the right to cancel a bonus if a breach of bonus terms is suspected.

5.3 Cashback and VIP

ttk10 has four VIP levels: Bronze — weekly cashback up to 0.2%; Silver — up to 0.5%; Gold — up to 0.8%; Platinum — up to 1.0%. To move up to a higher level, you must play regularly and follow the platform guidelines. Cashback may be cancelled if not used within the specified time period.

6.1 Random Number Generator (RNG)

All games on ttk10 are powered by certified RNG technology, which ensures that the outcome of every round is completely independent and unpredictable. It is not possible to influence game outcomes using any strategy or method.

6.2 Betting Limits

Each game has set minimum and maximum betting limits, which are displayed in the game lobby. Bets outside the set limits will not be accepted.

6.3 Technical Issues

If a game session is interrupted midway due to a server outage, network issue or any technical fault, that round may be declared void and the bet amount returned. This decision will be made at ttk10's discretion and will be considered final.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ttk10 platform:

• Opening multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
• Money laundering or conducting transactions using illegal funds.
• Using automated software, bots or scripts to play games.
• Unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Intentionally exploiting any technical vulnerability of the platform.
• Opening or operating an account using a false identity.
• Filing false complaints or fraudulent chargebacks against the platform.
• Harassing other users or attempting to damage the reputation of the platform.

10.1 Closure by ttk10

• Providing a false identity or documents.
• Use of the account by a minor.
• Court order or legal obligation.

10.2 Closure by the User

You may request closure of your account at any time through our support team. All pending withdrawals will be processed before the account is closed, however any bonus balance where conditions have not been met will be cancelled.

13.2 Resolution Process

After receiving a complaint, we try to investigate and respond within a reasonable time. If the issue is not resolved at the support level, it will be escalated to our management team.

13.3 Final Decision

In disputes related to game outcomes, our server logs and game provider data will be considered as final evidence. In decisions related to cashback and bonuses, ttk10's interpretation is final.
